It’s not often that a client spends money trying to convince its customers to use less of its product. But that’s exactly what Questar Gas (now Dominion Energy) does each year. Our ThermWise campaign teaches people how to save money on their gas bills by doing simple things around their homes. These particular spots focus on reminding people to get their furnaces prepped for winter. Awareness is up, as is the number of people saving on natural gas. And our client is happy, despite not selling quite as much of its product.
